After visiting the Zoobic Zoo we were off to another appointment... we were going to meet our Skipper , Jeremy Simpson , at the Subic Yatch Club. We were going to see the sailboat we were going to use the next day for our sunset cruise. Jeremy met us and showed his boat to us... a 42 footer and her name is SHIBUMI... not bad I thought!! He asked how many we would be... we said.. " just US and the baby ! "... so he suggested that he bring his friends to help him with the sails etc... since we did not know what to do but .... if " WE " would like to help-- we were welcome to do so... GREAT !! I have not been on a sailboat and this was going to be the HIGHLIGHT of my trip to Subic... I told him my main objective was to take the sunset out there in the bay..... and MAYBE the full moon ( I was hoping it was going to be a full moon the next day )...
It was nearing sunset and I started to look around to try and get some photos of our SUBIC SUNSET... here are some of the photos I took ...
He invited us to have some drinks at his favorite hangout, SCUBA SHACK ( the oldest dive center in Subic Bay )....... and this is what I caught of the sun setting nicely in the horizon.... It was awesome!!!!!!
We headed back to our hotel and got ready for the tomorrow...... it is going to be a GREAT DAY !!! We were really excited about the boat ride and the weather was cooperating with us...
Tomorrow we are headed off to the Ocean Adventure ... and our SUNSET CRUISE around Subic Bay !!!!
